Nez Perce Plaza Lewiston, Idaho:

Originally designed for a Fred Meyer anchor, this large development was transitioned to a Safeway-Home Depot anchored center when Fred Meyer was sold to Kroger. Located on a hill, the challenge was how to make usable and accessible parcels for the retailers committed to this project. Estimates of up to 2 million cubic yards of material were moved during this development. The project is now accessed by three signalized intersections and includes many of the top national and regional retailers.
