Walgreen’s Lewiston, Idaho: This outparcel is part of the Nez Perce Plaza development. We took a risk by designing and constructing this parcel prior to Walgreen’s interest in the Lewiston market. Over time this project has maintained a high occupancy rate over the competition. This project started in 1999 and construction finished in 2000.
