Selkirk was given the task of finding Walgreen’s a location on the South Hill of Spokane. This project was a product of an extensive land assemblage of existing buildings on the NWC of Grand Avenue and 29^th. This project was a full service fee development due to the existing property owner’s need for a lease versus a sale.
