Walgreen’s East Wenatchee, Washington:

Selkirk purchased and razed an outdated movie theatre to provide land for a Walgreen’s development completed in 2012. Steep grade of the property and existing road systems took a great deal of creative engineering to provide acceptable access, parking and visibility for a successful project.
