The developer group sold this parcel to Home Depot during the initial development phase. The parcel was carved out of solid rock. Rock walls behind the Home Depot building rise to heights of over 80 feet. The developer’s responsibility was to provide a pad ready parcel with all entitlements except a building permit. Pad ready included all offsite mitigation completed.
